First of all you need to eat less calories. then you need to not go on a diet because not eating right can surprisingly make you gain weight. DO NOT eat allot of fats sugars and oil and everyone knows why.and you also need commitment, if you want to get thinner you will if you don't really careyou wont loose weight. to be continued...
