HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE WITHOUT A GYM
1. Do 50 push ups every day
2. Do 50 sit ups every day
3. every other day run for at least 2 miles
3. eat a banana before a workout to stop cramps
4. do five pull ups
5. drink lots of watter
